It's beginning to feel a lot like spring around here! It definitely gives you planting fever. So, lately my Mom, sister, and I have been planning our planting station and what we will be starting for the 2016 garden season. We've got a really good start if I do say so myself.
Mom decided to try something new this year, microgreens (pictured above). They are like sprouts only better.
They are delish (if that's a word). :) Throw them on a salmon sandwich and they take it to a whole new level of deliciousness.
Other than that, we have tomatoes started, lettuce, lavender, thyme, rosemary, sweet marjoram, and some peppers. We still have some more to plant, but I feel like we have a good start on the season.
Now for it to warm up enough outside so that we can get some plants into the ground.
On that note, Peyton out for the night.
